Pilot results are based on the information provided by the customer, such as utility bills, usage files, building details, and other available data. If submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, the analysis may also be incomplete or less accurate.

A pilot analysis does not guarantee a specific amount of savings. Any estimated savings are projections based on assumptions, available data, and potential behavior or operational changes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and authority to submit any utility bills, building information, or resident-level data to X Compose Utility AI.

You agree not to submit information that you are not authorized to share. If resident-level data is provided, you are responsible for ensuring that appropriate permissions, notices, or legal bases are in place.

Our use of customer data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use X Compose Utility AI to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Attempt to access data or systems without permission.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the service.
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform or reports.

Reports, forecasts, alerts, and recommendations generated by X Compose Utility AI are provided for informational and operational planning purposes.

Any liability related to paid services may be limited by the terms of the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement.
